Welcome to this cozy corner of the internet. If you’ve stumbled here you’re probably someone who is struggling managing worrisome thoughts, low days, sleepless nights, and occasional racing thoughts. You may also feel overwhelmed by your day to day life, have trouble focusing, or feel disconnected from your family/friends and the world around you. As your millennial trauma informed therapist, my goal is to help you (yes you) the every day individual help better navigate the mess we call life. There’s no rule book and it can be pretty rough out there.
Here's the deal though, therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy, boring, or full of awkward silences (if you need a quiet moment, that’s cool too). Here, you can bring your true self —nervous jokes, anxious thoughts, and all. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and maybe even open to laugh at life’s quirks along the way.
